I am a PhD candidate at the University of Alabama. My research interests are voluntary disclosure and managerial accounting.
Prior to joining the PhD program, I worked for about five years at Interface, Inc with my most recent position being Cost Accounting Manager. Prior to joining the accounting world, I have worked as a collegiate soccer coach and high/middle school teacher.
I have a Master's degree in Education from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from LaGrange College and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
